We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the basic technical information every website receives:

• Booking details. When you book a call, you give your name, email address, the time you choose, your time zone and anything you write in the booking questions.
• Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write.
• Technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in standard server logs.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as financial, health or government ID details.

• To hold the call you booked, send the invitation and follow up about your project.
• To reply to your emails and keep a record of our conversations.
• To keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below who help us run the site and your call.

We rely on a few trusted providers. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy:

• Cal.com runs our booking calendar and stores the details you enter when booking.
• Google provides our email (Gmail), calendar and Google Meet, which hosts the video call.
• Netlify hosts this website and keeps the server logs mentioned above.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside India.

Our website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

If you switch between dark and light mode, your browser remembers that one choice (in its local storage) so the site looks the same next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The booking calendar on our booking page is provided by Cal.com and may use its own cookies or similar storage so that booking works. These only load when you open the booking page.

We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them to talk with you about your project and to keep reasonable business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, for people in the EU and UK, the GDPR, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete,
• delete your information,
• stop using your information where you previously agreed to it.

To do any of these, email deliverwebsiteteam@gmail.com. We will reply promptly and within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use reputable providers and keep access to your information limited to the people who need it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.

This website is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
