Terms of Use

Last updated October 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of deliverwebsite.com and booking a call with us. They are not a contract for a project. Project work is always covered by a separate written agreement.

01About these terms

deliverwebsite.com is run by Deliver, a web design and development studio based in Hyderabad, India ("Deliver", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You can contact us at deliverwebsiteteam@gmail.com.

02Information on this website

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. Prices, timelines and features described on the site are indicative and may change. They are not an offer that can be accepted.

03Projects and pricing

A project only begins once we have both agreed to a written proposal or agreement. That document sets out the scope, price, timeline, revisions, payment terms and ownership of the work, and it takes priority over anything on this website.

04Discovery calls

Booking a free discovery call does not create any obligation for you or for us. You can reschedule or cancel using the links in your booking email. We may reschedule or decline a booking, for example if we are unavailable or the request is not something we can help with.

Please do not share confidential information on the call until we have agreed in writing how it will be handled.

05Using the website

Please use the website lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use it to send spam or harmful content.

06Our content

The design, text, graphics, logo and code of this website belong to Deliver or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content or design without our written permission.

07Third-party services

Bookings are handled by Cal.com and calls take place on Google Meet. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for websites or services we link to but do not control.

08No guarantees

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Deliver is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or a discovery call. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, with a new date at the top.
